Processing Time

Every piece from Sona Kreations is handcrafted with care, which means your order isn't pulled off a shelf — it's prepared just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made, packaged, and readied for shipment. During busy collection launches, processing may take slightly longer, and I'll always keep you updated.

Shipping Method & Rates

Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your piece on its way to you.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 6 business days of placing your order, please reach out and I'll look into it right away.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Sona Kreations isn't responsible for packages delayed, lost, or mishandled by USPS once shipped. However, if your package seems delayed or lost, please contact me — I'll do everything I can to help track it down or find a resolution.
