What materials do you use?

Each piece is wire-wrapped by hand using red brass wire, paired with genuine gemstones and 18k gold-plated stainless steel chain. Materials vary a bit from collection to collection depending on the theme.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

It depends on the piece. Some materials used are more sensitive-skin friendly than others, so if you have allergies or sensitivities to certain metals, feel free to email me before ordering and I'll let you know what a specific piece is made of.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I love bringing custom ideas to life. If you have a specific stone, color palette, or design in mind, email me at sonakreations.official@gmail.com and we can talk through what's possible.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Handmade wire-wrapped pieces last longest with a little care. Avoid wearing your jewelry in water, showers, or pools, and keep it away from lotions, perfumes, and household chemicals. Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent tangling or scratching.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are handmade to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your piece ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the US. For full details, see the Shipping & Delivery page.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — currently I only ship within the United States, but I hope to expand as the shop grows.

Can I return or exchange my order?

I'm not able to accept returns for a change of mind, but if your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, I'll always make it right. Full details are on the Returns & Exchanges page.

How is my order packaged?

Every order arrives in branded Sona Kreations packaging, so it's ready to enjoy or gift straight out of the box.

How often do new collections drop?

New collections are released regularly in small batches, so pieces are limited. Follow along on Instagram to be the first to know when a new drop goes live.
